The Shanty, open Friday & Saturday 3pm-to close, is where we pour rare Devils Backbone beers and a wide selection of aged spirits, with a focus on whiskey. Light, made-to-order breakfast fare and specialty coffee is available in The Summit Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7am-12pm. Fast-casual is available outside at the Oak Grill along with beer and wine at the Outdoor Bar. Three days of music, beer, nature and camping make for a simply great way to spend a September weekend. We are dog friendly- dogs must be on a leash in the Meadows. We pour fresh craft beer from our 16 taps and our pub menu specializes in oak wood -fired smoked dishes and local fare. This is our “test kitchen” for recipe development.
